The Kaidas family has been in real estate development, construction, renovation and property management in upstate New York for over 35 years.
In 1975, Michael and Susan Kaidas constructed the Fenimore Arms Townhouse complex in Lake George. In 2002, their children Christina and Michael joined them in the family business. At that time, Kaidas Properties began their investments in downtown Glens Falls.
Christina and her husband Jason Henderson also own ShoreHaven Kitchen Design in Glens Falls.
Kaidas Properties’ holdings include townhouse apartments in Lake George, commercial buildings in Queensbury and a mix of residential and commercial properties throughout downtown Glens Falls.
